Fr Frans Van der Lugt SJ was killed in Homs, Syria on April 7th 2014. He refused to leave his beloved Syrian people: " A shepherd does not leave his sheep". The Irish Jesuit Missions commemorates the first anniversary of his death with this video produced in partnership with SwanSong Films Ltd.

Introducing Bríd Dunne, Development Education Coordinator

Bríd Dunne is the newest member of the team at the Irish Jesuit Mission Office. Bríd is the Development Education Coordinator working with Jesuit secondary schools in Ireland to deliver a development education (DE) programme inspired by Ignatian spirituality that builds upon best practice in DE.
